The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111(3), 111(4), 308(4), 308(6), 310(4), 310(5), 61 and 62 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar. 3. Petitioner alongwith co-accused persons are alleged to have demanded rangdari from the informant. 4. It was submitted that no money was given to the accused persons. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of the fact that the accused persons were calling each other by their name. It was finally submitted that co-accused Kuldeep Ganjhu has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 7275/2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
