1. The petitioner has claimed in the present writ petition for a direction to the authorities to issue appointment order to her on the post of Supervisor as after recruitment process and counseling the authorities have not issued any
order with respect to her appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was a candidate for appointment on the post of Supervisor at Women and Child Development Department and she successfully cleared all the recruitment process and vide memo dated 18-09-2024 she was called for verification of the documents despite verification of her documents till date no order of appointment has been issued to her. She moved her representation to the authorities to Sushashan Tihar Scheme, but till date the authorities have not considered her representation. Therefore, a direction may be issued to the authorities to decide her representation.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that he has no objection if such a direction is given to the authorities concerned to decide the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time-frame. He would also submit that the petitioner may also be directed to move her fresh representation within a stipulated time frame before the concerned authority along with the relevant document.
4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move her fresh representation before respondent No.2 along with the documents within a further period of two weeks from today and if such representation is made, the authorities concerned shall take a decision on the representation of the
3 petitioner within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the representation in accordance with law and applicable rules and circulars of the department.
5. With the aforesaid observation and directions the present writ petition is
disposed of.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and the authorities shall strictly consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law. Sd/-
