Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents has furnished a copy of the proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent, dated 01.01.2025 wherein it is stated that the District Prohibition and Excise Department, Kadapa is requested to issue posting/appointment orders to the petitioner under ST category as per the orders of this Court. Hence, the learned counsel submits that as the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court, dated 18.10.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.7846 of 2020, the Contempt Case may be closed. 3.
