COMMON ORDER:
The instant Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the Petitioners / A.1 to A.3, seeking quashment of the Proceedings against them in Crime No.211 of 2024 on the file of Chirala Rural Police Station, Bapatla District, which was registered for the offences under Sections 85 read with 3(5) of BNSS, 2023 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 filed by Respondent No.2/De facto Complainant seeking to compound the offence and record the compromise in the above crime in terms of the joint memo filed by both parties.
3. Petitioners / A.1 to A.3 and Respondent No.2 appeared before this Court and were identified by their respective learned counsel. Copies of their Aadhar cards attested by their respective counsel are filed for proper identification.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor is in attendance and reported no objection to record the compromise.
5. Respondent No.2 submits that she intends to enter compromise with the Petitioners/A.1 to A.3 as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the joint memo.
6. The present case has been lodged by respondent No.2 that her marriage was solemnised with A.1. At the time of marriage, her parents gave Rs.2,50,000/- cash, 21 sovns. of gold etc., and after marriage, all the accused harassed her physically and mentally and necked her out by them.
7. Considering the submissions, in the interests of justice, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
