It appears that by order dated 19.12.2025, the execution of the impugned judgment and order dated 30.08.2025 was stayed by this Court till today. 3. It also appears that in the connected appeal, the substantial questions of law have already formulated and the same is fixed for final hearing on 08.09.2026. 4. Considering the above mentioned facts, this Interlocutory Application is disposed of with a direction that the stay granted on 19.12.2025 shall continue during the pendency of the connected RSA No. 219/2025. 5.
