Dhiraj @ Dheeru Chaturvedi and others) as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 19.11.2024, whereby learned magistrate took cognizance under Sections 323, 506, 392, I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Jalaun, District Jalaun at Orai, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (D.A.A.) Jalaun at Orai. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed accordingly.
