This writ petition was filed questioning the endorsement issued by the 3rd respondent dated 13.08.2022 and consequently to direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries of the land of the petitioner situated in an extent of Ac.5.00 cents in Sy.Nos.634 and 429 of Kothapalli Village, Proddatur Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader on receipt of the instructions from the 3rd respondent dated 02.09.2025 submits that the petitioner has not filed any F-line application for conducting the survey of the land in Sy.Nos.634 and 429, to demarcate any field, the applicant has to file an F-line application through online by remitting the prescribed fee along with the documentary evidences. After receipt of the application, notice will be generated to the applicant as well as the adjacent pattadars by intimating the date of survey. Further, on intimated date, the survey will be conducted in the presence of the applicant and the adjacent pattadars and the boundaries will be shown to them. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to follow the due procedure by making a F-line application for conducting the survey and demarcation of the subject land, enclosing all the 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.33299 of 2022 necessary documents in support of his claim. On receipt of such F-line application from the petitioner, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed to complete the process strictly in accordance with law, giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned by issuing notices to all the parties and appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three (03) months thereafter. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
