CJM Court, Bengaluru with respect to Accused No.2, who is the petitioner herein, in the interest of justice.” 2. Though several contentions have been urged by both sides in support of their proceedings in C.C.No.6247/2015 is pending before the 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:23141 CRL.P No. 12121 of 2024 Bengaluru, without expressing any opinion on the merits / de-merits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition reserving liberty in favour of the parties to urge all contentions in the aforesaid appeal before the Trial Court, who shall adjudicate upon the matter after providing sufficient and reasonable opportunity to both the parties and dispose of the proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order without being influenced by the findings and observations recorded in the impugned order. 3. All rival contentions on all aspects of the matter are kept open and no opinion is expressed on the same. 4. Subject to the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
