Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karmatanr P.S. Case No. 71 of 2025 for the offences registered under section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Jamtara. 3. On 28.07.2025 at about 7.00 p.m., robberty was committed in the CSP Centre of the Informant. Accused persons looted Rs. 2.00 lakh and mobile phones from there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on the T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that Rs. 2,000/- which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, belonged to him. It was further submitted that co-accused Ajmal Ansari has been granted bail by this court earlier and the case the petitioner stands on similar footing. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Jamtara in connection with Karmatanr P.S.
