Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent revenue authorities to demarcate the boundaries of Arazi No. 587/3 measuring an area about 0.277 Hectare, 586 mesuring an area about 0.195 Hectare, 585 measuring an area about 0.236 Hectare, 564 measuring an area about 0.225 Hectare situated at Village Rahimpur Vishdhan Pargana and Tehsil Bilhaur District Kanpur Nagar. b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to decide the pending application dated 29-06-2021 moved u/s. 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned application is pending since 2021 before respondent no.3 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 3, Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Bilhaur, District-Kanpur Nagar to consider and decide the aforementioned application filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
