The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 399/2025 arising out of Rajganj P.S. Case No. 60/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2200/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 137(2) & 96 of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 4 & 8 of the POCSO Act subsequently charge has been framed under Section 64 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Dhanbad. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant and married her. Later on, the petitioner left her in her parental house. The age of the victim has been opined to be about 20 years. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
