1. This criminal revision has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“1. It is respectfully prayed the entire records of the Session Trial No. 49/2021 Chhattisgarh State V/s Omprakash Chandravashi pertaining to the case of the petitioner may kindly be called from the Court of Additional Session Judge (FTC) Kabirdham Chhattisgarh. 2. It is respectfully prayed that the entire proceedings of Crime 50/2021 of the Police Station Papriya District Kabirdham (C.G.) and filling of charge sheet and the initiation of Criminal Proceedings by registration of Session Trial No. 49/2021 may kindly be quashed.
3. It is respectfully prayed that the this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to quash the FIR No. 50/2021 dated 22.02.2021 and final report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. because those are bad, illegal and untenable in the eyes of law and the petitioner may clear from the allegations and charges.
4. It is respectfully prayed that the this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to pass such an
order as it deem fit may also be granted in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”
2. From the CIS report of the learned trial court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Sessions Case No. 49/2021, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the learned ADJ Fast Track, Kabirdham, District Kabirdham (C.G.), vide order dated 28.04.2023.
3. In view of the above, the instant CRMP stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Sd/-
