The petitioner is challenging his transfer order dated 30.06.2025 (Annexure P/4), whereby he has been transferred from Tahsil office Mandir Hasaud, District Raipur to the office of Collector, District Gariyaband. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, against the said transfer order, he has already made his representation on 08.07.2025 to the Transfer Committee, constituted under clause 8 of the transfer policy, dated 05.06.2025, but till date his representation has not been decided. He would also submit that, on the same day, i.e. 30.06.2025, another transfer order of the petitioner has been issued, whereby he has been transferred from Tahsil office, Mandir Hasaud to the office of Collector, Raipur, which is Annexure P/5. Therefore, there is conflicting situation for the petitioner with respect to his transfer order. He is ready to move his fresh representation before the Transfer Committee, constituted under clause 8 of the said transfer policy, and in case, in the eventuality of making the representation by the petitioner before the Transfer Committee, the said Transfer Committee shall take a decision with respect to the two transfer orders on the same day i.e. Annexure P/4 and P/5, so that the grievance of the petitioner may be redressed. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State would submit that the petitioner may raise his grievance before the Transfer Committee by placing both these transfer orders by making his fresh representation, and if such representation has been made by the petitioner, the 3 Transfer Committee may be directed to take a decision in accordance with law on administrative exigency. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move his fresh representation within two weeks from today intimating about both these transfer orders dated 30.06.2025 (Annexure P/4 and P/5) and if such a representation is being made, the Transfer Committee is further directed to take a decision within a further period of 03 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation, with respect to two transfer orders of the petitioner issued on the same date i.e. on 30.06.2025. Till then status quo shall be maintained by the parties with respect to posting of the petitioner as on date. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition is disposed of.
