Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 153 of 2025 arising out Patan P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 716 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 376/504/505 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- V, Palamau. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have raped the prosecutrix while she was alone in her house. 4. It was submitted that the occurrence is alleged to have taken place six months prior to the institution of the FIR for which, complaint case was instituted after six months. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau in connection with S.T.
