The present Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not making the balance pending payment of Rs. 1,07,018/- to the petitioner for construction of 3 rows of 1000 mm dia RCC pipe culvert near Panchalingala Kona Road of Erraballi GP of Pulivendula Mandal in YSR Kadapa District. The Executive Engineer, PRi Division, Pulivendula, has filed As seen from the said written instructions, it transpires that the petitioner has executed the work and the bill was submitted through LOA for uploading the bill by the District Collector, YSR Kadapa District, vide proceedings Rc.No.A4/49/2021 dated 20.12.2023 for Rs. 1,18,909/- while uuploading the bill the token was not raised due to non-availability of BRO and the letter is addressed to the 3. written instructions. A 2 District Collector, Kadapa, vide proceedings R.C.No.SA2/18/Court cases/Pulivendula/2024 dated 06.12.2024 for release of budget. 4. As seen from the above proceedings of the Executive Engineer, the respondents are not disputing the execution of the work or the entitlement of the money for the execution of the work. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein to release the amount due to the petitioner herein within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
