Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barwadda P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 115(2), 126(2), 303(2), 109, 3(5) and 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Parmanand Upadhyaya, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. On 01.02.2025 at about 11.00 a.m., petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the brother of the Informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the 14 accused persons. It was further submitted that several co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Parmanand Upadhyaya, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad, or his successor, in connection with Barwadda P.S.
