Learned vice counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid order passed by the Hon’ble Principal Division Bench, these contempt proceedings be closed at this stage with liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his grievances at an appropriate stage, in case necessity so arises, in accordance with law. In view of the facts as have come out, the present contempt proceedings are closed with liberty as aforesaid. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged.
