1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs:
“10.1) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and the impugned order dated 15/11/19 (Annexure P-5) and other merged orders in the interest of justice and for the proper adjudication of the case. SMT NIRMALA RAO
-2- 10.2) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the court below, for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.3) This Hon'ble Court may also be pleased to grant the cost of the petition to the petitioners. 10.4) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioners in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that the civil suit is set for the defendants’ evidence. Therefore, a direction may be issued to the learned trial Court to conclude the proceedings of the pending civil suit expeditiously.
3. No objection from the other side.
4. Permission is granted.
