The petitioner had filed a complaint as against the respondent before the learned Subordinate Court, Ulundurpet in S.C. No. 19 of 2024. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition. 4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Subordinate Court, Ulundurpet, is directed to complete the Trial in S.C.
