SRINIVASA RAO BODDULURI The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 28130 of 2024 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of 1st Respondent in not issuing Extension of Approval for the academic year 2024- 25 and the consequential action on the part of the 5th respondent Convener in not allowing the Petitioner-Institution to take part in the APEAPCET - 2024 counselling for filling up the seats for the academic year 2024-25 in B.Pharmacy course, despite granting approvals to other 96 colleges vide GO Rt No. 156, Higher Education Department, Dated 18-10- 2024, GO Rt No.159, Higher Education Department, Dated 29- 10-2024 and GO Rt No. 168, Higher Education Department, Dated 20-11-2024 as being arbitrary, illegal, unwarranted and violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and against to the principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the 5th Respondent Convener to permit the Petitioner- Institution to take part in the counselling …” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the interim order, dated 02.12.2024 passed by this Court, no further orders are required in this matter. 3. In view of the said submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
