It is submitted that the distance between both the places is about 120 kilometers and already the wife had filed a maintenance petition before the Family Court at Mysore in Crl.Mis.No.458/2024 and it is difficult for the wife to travel from Mysore to Hassan. This Court held that the notice to the respondent is sufficient. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the material on record. Considering the fact that the distance between both the places is about 120 kilometers and considering the inconvenience caused to the wife, this Court deems it proper to allow the petition. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:17368 CP No. 450 of 2024 4.
