Kulnu for the Respondent No. 1 and Mr. Medo Vero for the respondent No. 2. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsels of both sides that in the meantime the matter, which was referred to the mediation centre, has been successfully settled. 3. In this context I have also perused the Final Report dated 15.06.2026, which states that the Mediation Settlement Report has been submitted by Mr. Italaing Ramlia, Mediator stating that FA/4/2025 has been successfully settled through the mediation process. The Final Report dated 15.06.2026 as well as the Mediation Settlement Report, is available in the case record and marked as Flag ‘A’. Page No.# 3/3 4. In view of the successful settlement of the case through mediation, which is appreciable - the instant matter can be closed. The same is also submitted by the learned counsels for both sides. 5. Accordingly, the instant proceedings stand disposed of upon settlement through mediation.
