The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hunterganj P.S. Case No.202 of 2024, for the offence registered U/s 126(2), 127(2), 333, 76, 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 324(4), 3(5) of B.N.S, pending before the court of learned J.M, 1st Class, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and the allegations are made that six named and 5 to 6 unnamed persons have entered the house of the informant and assaulted and the allegation of molestation is also there. He further submits that however, all the allegations are omnibus and general in nature. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that that the allegations are there of assault and even a boy has also received injury. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that the allegations made against all the accused persons are omnibus and 2025:JHHC:32234 2 general in nature and it is not clear that on whose blow, the injury has been received, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of their surrender / arrest, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned J.M, 1st Class, Chatra, in connection with Hunterganj P.S. Case No.202 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
