The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih(M) P.S. Case No. 18/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118, 352, 109, 74 & 303(2) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih. 3. It was submitted that petitioner has given an axe blow on the person of the injured Vickey Das due to which he sustained injuries. It was further submitted that from perusal of injury report, it appears that injured has sustained lacerated wound caused by hard and blunt substance. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih in connection with Giridih(M) P.S.
