RAMAKRISHNA PATIVADA The Court made the following: ORDER This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 15.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10002 of 2024. 2. Heard Mr. R.Sambi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. On 20.02.2025, this Court directed the petitioners as well as respondents to appear before this Court. 2 4. As per the directions of this Court dated 20.02.2025, respondents appeared before this Court today. However, there is no representation for the petitioners. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioners did not give undertaking to produce the vehicles as and when required either by the authority concerned or Court or the Investigating Agency and also give an undertaking that they will not alienate, encumber or alter the physical features of their respective vehicles, as directed by this Court on 15.07.2024 and therefore, there is no violation of the order by the respondents. 6. On hearing the submissions, it appears that the petitioners have failed to give an undertaking as directed by this Court in the order dated 15.07.2024. 7. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, the contempt case is closed. Presence of the respondents before this Court is dispensed with.
