The learned counsel for the parties submit that in paragraph 3 of the order dated 13th August, 2025, the nomenclature of the appeal is wrongly reflected as “FMA 1251 of 2022” and the same should have been “MAT 1251 of 2022”. 2. Considering the records, it appears that a typographical error has crept into the order dated 13th August, 2025 and accordingly, paragraph 3 of the order dated 13th August, 2025 is modified and the nomenclature of the appeal shall read as “MAT 1251 of 2022”. Other portion of the order dated 13th August, 2025 shall remain unaltered. 3. The instant order shall be read along with the order dated 13th August, 2025. (Lanusungkum Jamir, J.)
