Case No. 07/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498A & 377 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Lohardaga. 3. Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant. Marriage between the parties was solemnized on 21.11.2011. It is alleged that petitioner used to torture her and also had unnatural sex with her. 4. It was submitted that in her re-statement, she has stated that she was not residing with her husband since 13.01.2021 and the present F.I.R. has been instituted on 07.04.2024. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga Mahila P.S.
