Learned AGP has filed affidavit-in-reply and stated that award is declared and compensation is paid to the petitioners. 2. Learned Advocate for the petitioners makes a grievance that though award is declared, it is not made clear by the respondents as to when the award is declared. He submits that even the copy of the award is not served on the petitioners. 3. Learned AGP, on instructions, states that, copy of the award was served on the Lawyer representing the petitioners in the Reference Court. When called upon, he is not in a position to justify the said stand by showing the acknowledgment of the Lawyer representing the petitioner having acknowledged the receipt of the 2025:BHC-AUG:14019-DB 929 CP NO.144.2020 -2- copy of the order. 4. In the light of above, we direct the petitioners to approach respondent No. 3 within a period of one week from today. On petitioners’ approach, respondent No. 3 shall serve the copy of the award on the petitioners and obtain acknowledgment.
