Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Chandil (Kapali) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024, registered under Sections 25 (1-B) (a) / 26/ 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of the Learned S.D.J.M at Chandil. On 24.10.2024, house of the petitioner was raided by Chandil police and on search a loaded country made pistol was recovered. It was submitted, that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It appears that similarly situated co-accused Arbaz Ansari has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 223/2025.
