The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- 10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the record of case. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby setting-aside/quashing the impugned Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI Date: 2025.08.07 19:59:23 +0530 2 orders dated 01.10.2021 & 04.10.2021 (Annexure P/1) and further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to complete one year Lab Technician training course, in accordance with law. 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an application was moved was moved before the Deputy Director, Health Services, Chhattisgarh seeking permission to appear for completion of Lab Technician Training course and it was rejected vide order dated 01.10.2021. He would contend that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh application before the respondent authorities and in turn respondent authorities may be directed to consider it strictly in accordance with law. 3. On the other hand, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for the State would oppose. 4. Heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a fresh application before respondents No. 2 and 3 and in turn, the authorities are directed to consider the application for grant of permission to undergo Lab Technical Training course expeditiously strictly in accordance with law. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 7. With the aforesaid direction(s), the petition is disposed of. Sd/- (Rakesh Mohan Pandey) Judge vatti
