As per report received from the Registry, the sole appellant – Pirthi Chand le- behind 06 children. Two of the sons, namely, Jograj Kumar and Gabinder Kumar have since died; three daughters, namely, Rani, Saroj Rani and Neeta Rani are married and are residing with their in-laws. Another son, namely, Rajinder Kumar accepted the no ce. Thus, one of the LRs of deceased-appellant has received the no ce. S ll, neither he nor any other LRs of deceased-appellant has come forward to pursue the appeal. It appears that the appellant/his LRs are no longer interested in pursuing this appeal.
