Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 571 of 2025 arising out of Pithoria P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 534 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238 and 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-V, Ranchi.

On 17.11.2024, the informant came to know that his brother, Shahbaz Kuraishi was murdered by named accused persons.

It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating thing was recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State after going through the case diary submitted that apart from the confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on record.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-V, Ranchi, in connection with S.T. No. 571 of 2025 arising out of Pithoria P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 534 of 2025.
