The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief(s):- 10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the petitioner case. 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent NO. 3 Tehsildar, Raigarh to consider and decide the application dated 03.06.2025 (Annexure P/3) for supply the nec- essary certificate of 22 points information showing four bound- aries of the land bearing Khasra No. 129/2 Rakba 0.0810 hectare situated in village Bade Atarmuda Tah- Raigarh District Raigarh to the petitioner as per law. 10.3 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be further pleased to di- rect the respondent No. 3 Tehsildar Raigarh to supply the neces- sary certificate of 22 points information of subject land men- tioned in the application to the petitioner within stipulated period. 10.4 Any other order that the Hon’ble Court deems fit and neces- sary in the circumstances of the case be also passed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner and title holder of the land bearing Kh. No. 129/2 total admeasur- ing area 0.0810 hectare, situated at Village Bade Atarmuda Tah- Raigarh District Raigarh. He would further submit that the petitioner has moved an Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.07.21 11:02:23 +0530 application on 03.06.2025 before Tahsildar, Raigarh for issuance of the 22-point certificate, but till date, the same has not been issued for the rea- sons best known to the concerned authority. He would also argue that it is the right of the petitioner to obtain the 22-point certificate. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the petition and the submission made in this respect. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that an application was moved by the petitioner for issuance of the 22-point certificate, but the same has not been decided and the aforesaid certificate has not been issued, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the aforesaid application and issue an appropriate certificate preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
