1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.
2. This Criminal Revision has been filed assailing the impugned order dated 22.11.2025 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Balangir in Sessions Case No.28 of 2022.
3. It is stated at the Bar that in view of the
judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Girish Kumar Suneja vrs. Central Bureau of Investigation, reported in (2017) 14 SCC 809 the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Criminal Revision with liberty to file an application under Section 528 of BNSS.
4. Giving such liberty, the Criminal Revision stands disposed of.
5. In view of disposal of CRLREV, pending I.As., if any, also stand disposed of.
6. Certified copy of the impugned order at Annexure-3 be returned to the learned counsel on being substituted by an authenticated copy.
