By order dated 19.09.2025 passed by the Desk Officer of State of Maharashtra, the Government has approved the claim of the petitioners for fixation of his pay-scale w.e.f. 1998 and the difference amount of Rs. 45,59,834/- is sanctioned. 2. The Sub-Ordinate Authorities are directed to pay the said amount to the petitioners after verification by the Divisional Joint Director of Higher Education, Nanded. komal kamble 1/2 2025:BHC-AUG:27414-DB 854-2019 3. The Divisional Joint Director of Higher Education shall verify the said amount within four weeks from today and the amount shall be paid to the petitioners within 4 weeks thereafter. 4. With this direction, Contempt Petition is disposed of. Civil Application 8349 of 2023 : 5. Government has deposited Rs. 10,00,000/- in this Court. 6. The said amount along with accrued interest be paid to the petitioners. 7. The Joint Direct shall deduct this amount from the amount of Rs. 45,59,834/- and pay remaining amount to the petitioners. 8.
