3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO
WRIT PETITION NO.
28211 of 2025 ORDER:
Shorn of all unnecessary facts asserted in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the specific case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the agriculture land in an extent of Ac.4.31 cents in R.S.No.13, Ac.0.72 cents in R.S.No.5-3A, Ac.2.04 cents in R.S.No.6-4 and Ac.2.90cents in R.S.No.7-3 situated at Dharbagudem Village, Jeelugumilli Mandal, Eluru District, which is acquired from his mother by name Syamala Lakshmi Narasamma. The petitioner’s mother name is incorporated in the revenue records. After the death of his mother, the petitioner approached the revenue authorities by way of filing Section 6-A application through mee-seva vide application No.MUT250130025896 dated 30.01.2025 for mutation of his name in revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks in respect of the subject land. Despite the petitioner’s persistent requests, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioner’s application has constrained him to approach this Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law. 4
3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing concerned authorities to consider the mee-seva application No. MUT250130025896, dated 30.01.2025 submitted by the petitioner for mutation of revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks and to pass appropriate orders, by following the due process of law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO Date : 14.10.2025 SPP
