He further submits that he was also not available. Thus, the matter which was in the Regular List remained unattended. 3. Issue notice. 4. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 2/Insurance Company accepts notice and seeks time to take instructions. 5. For the reasons as stated in the Application, the Application is allowed. 6.
