The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bano P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 127(3), 137(2), 64 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. Petitioner was having relationship with the informant since 2019. In the year 2023 they broke their relationship. From perusal of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., it appears that she has stated that after their relationship was broken, Panchayati was held in which it was decided that parties will not talk to each other. Later on, after two months, the petitioner is alleged to have forced the prosecutrix to accompany him on his motorcycle. However, petitioner was apprehended by the police and the victim was handed over to her parents. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Simdega, in connection with Bano P.S.
