Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record internal office letter dated 28.10.2025 from the Regional Manager, HRTC Palampur addressed to the Financial Advisor cum CAO HRTC Shimla and on that basis submitted that all retiral benefits due and admissible have been paid to the petitioner; Only the interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits remains to be released to the petitioner and the same shall also be released within six weeks from today. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 4. In view of above, this petition to stand disposed of. The respondents to abide by the above assurance for releasing the interest component to the petitioner on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits within six weeks i.e. by 11.12.2025.
