Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , allegation against these petitioners is that they along with other co-accused persons assaulted and kidnapped the son of informant Sujeet Kumar for the purpose of murder. 4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner No. 1 is daughter-in -law of informant and wife of Sujeet Kumar, petitioner No. 2 is samdhi of informant and father-in -law of Sujeet Kumar and petitioner No. 3 is brother-in -law of Sujeet Kumar. It is further submitted that petitioner No. 1 lodged Turkauliya P S Case No. 09 of 2021 against informant and his family members and in retaliation this false and concocted case has been lodged against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition. 6 Considering the backdrop of the case , clean antecedent of these petitioners and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29542 of 2025(2) dt.12-05-2025 3/3 let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Motihari East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P .S.
