(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 10.11.2025, issued under the signatures of Financial Advisor & CAO, HRTC, Shimla, Mr. Raman Jamalta, Advocate, appearing on behalf of respondents, states that first installment of ₹18,053/-, out of total amount of ₹54,159/- stands disbursed to the petitioner. He further states that remaining amount shall be released to the petitioner expeditiously. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, stands complied with, which fact has been fairly acknowledged by learned counsel representing the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the 2 direction to respondents to ensure that remaining amount is released to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two months, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards the implementation of the order/judgment.
