Hon'ble Raj Beer Singh,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. By means of the present application under Section 528 BNSS, the applicants have sought for a suitable direction to the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Room No.3, Deoria to expedite the proceedings of Execution Case No. 277 of 2019 (Sadhana Singh Vs. Rajeshwar Singh), under Section - 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station - Laar, District - Deoria, and to decide the same within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants were awarded maintenance vide order dated 20.05.2016 and they have initiated aforementioned proceedings under Section - 128 Cr.P.C. in the year 2019 but no substantial progress has been made in the proceedings so far, due to which the applicants are facing financial hardship. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned court to decide the aforesaid case within specific time frame. 4. In view of aforesaid, the concerned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order before the court concerned, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
