Counsel for the Petitioner/Plaintiff submits that the Petitioner has filed O.S.No.202 of 2024 on the file of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Madakasira seeking decree of Permanent Injunction against the sole defendant therein. The Plaintiff also filed an Interlocutory Application bearing I.A.No.744 of 2024 under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking Temporary Injunction against the Respondent/Defendant. 3. Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the Photographs filed along with this Civil Revision Petition and contends that the construction is going on at a rapid speed whereas, the Interlocutory Application filed by the Petitioner/Plaintiff bearing I.A.no.744 of 2024 is not being considered. 4. This Court has perused the contents of the Affidavit filed in support of the Application. This Court does not find that there is any averment with regard to the alleged construction undertaken by the Respondent/Defendant. 5. In any case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Madakasira to dispose of the said I.A.No.744 of 2024 in O.S.No.202 of 2024 within a period of six (06) weeks from today. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. The observations made herein are confined to the present order itself and would have no bearing on the trial judge in disposing of the I.A.No.744 of 2024 in accordance with law. 6. With these observations and directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 3 7.
