The applicant has the remedy to approach the Family Court, Ghaziabad itself which may fix the modalities to enable the applicant to exercise his visitation rights as referred in the order passed by this Court. It is not a case to institute proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The application is dismissed.
