The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.586 of 2024 arising out of Khukhra P.S. Case No. 06 of 2021, for the offences registered under Sections 376(D)/504/506 of the I.P.C., pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Giridih. Petitioner along with co-accused persons are alleged to have raped the prosecutrix, as a result of which, she became pregnant. It appears that at the time of occurrence, husband of the victim was in jail custody and when he came out of the jail, this case has been instituted. It was submitted that the victim was having illicit relationship with co-accused Salauddin Ansari. It was further submitted that there was some altercation between the husband of the prosecutrix and co-accused Salauddin Ansari, due to which, this case has been instituted after six months. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Giridih, in connection with S.T.
