The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 118 & 115(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih. On 26.06.2025, deceased Chotelal Hansda had gone to his Sasural for Bidai of his wife. When the wife of the deceased refused to accompany him, he inflicted knife blow on her. While he was fleeing from the place of occurrence, the villagers caught him and he was assaulted, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that there is general allegation against five named and 10 to 12 unknown persons. It was further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. In view of the nature of allegation and the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih, in connection with Giridih (Muffasil) P.S.
