No. 4818 of 2025 By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to expedite the hearing of above titled appeal, which has been preferred against the judgment of acquittal, dated 10.7.2017, passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge (II), Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. (Camp at Sarkaghat) (hereinafter referred to as ‘the trial Court’). Hearing of the appeal is sought to be expedited on the ground that respondent No. 1, against whom, allegations have been levelled, has unfortunately expired, during the pendency of the appeal. In order to buttress his contention, copy of death certificate, issued by the competent authority, has also been annexed. In view of above, the application for early hearing is allowed and hearing of the appeal is ordered to be expedited. The application is, thus, disposed of. Cr. Appeal No. 176 of 2018 Vide order of even date, passed in Cr. M.P. No. 4818 of 2025, the hearing of the appeal has been ordered to be expedited. The learned Addl.
