The present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 17.1.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 5, Gautam Budh Nagar, in Session Trial No. 8 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No. 155 of 2020, under Sections 307/34, 120B of I.P.C., P.S. Thana Phase-3, District Gautam Budh Nagar, whereby discharge application has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
