Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that he will remove the defect(s) within four weeks and begs apology for inconvenience caused to the Hon’ble Court. 3. Considering the submissions, this C.M.P. is allowed. Consequently, W.P.(C) No.3976 of 2022 is restored to its original file subject to condition that the defect(s) pointed out by the Registry must be removed within a period of four weeks, failing which, this order of restoration will not be given effect to. 4.
