Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). Issue an order/direction to decide the Execution Suit No.1 of 2011 (Shyam Kumar Vs. Smt. Samadei Devi and others) for execution regard to judgment dated 16.11.2010 expeditiously within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid suit is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to learned trial Court to decide the Execution Suit No.1 of 2011 in accordance with law, maximum within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
